How often is TheHireHub's status checked?

Every 5 minutes, from outside our own infrastructure. This page is hosted independently of thehirehub.ai so it stays up even when our main systems don't.

What do the services mean?

Website is thehirehub.ai. Platform is the hiring workspace you log in to. API powers the platform, integrations and AiRA. Media serves resumes, uploads and interview recordings.

How do I report a problem?

If something looks wrong and no incident is listed, contact us and we'll investigate.
